What types of payments do you accept?   

 For your convenience we also except all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, & American Express.


We also accept CASH & all ATM cards with a Visa or MasterCard logo.  

Sorry :( NO checks.

Is there a fee to use my credit card ?    

We will never charge you a fee to use your credit card. 

Is a deposit required ?    

A deposit is not needed but just like when you rent a hotel room or a car you must lock in your reservation

with a major credit card or an ATM card.

What is the cancellation Fee ?    

Our cancellation fee is $35.00 if you DO NOT give us a 7 day cancellation notice. 
We hate to do it but since we usually turn others away from your reserved jumper. We only charge a

nominal fee to be fair.

What is your refund policy ? 

 * As long as you give us a 7 day notice you will not be expected to pay for your reservation.
* We must receive a 7 day cancellation notice or you will be charged a cancellation fee of $35.00.   

Is there a  refund if reservation is cancelled at delivery ?   

* If you decide to cancel once we've already arrived for delivery we must unfortunately make

you responsible for 50% of your reservation. We do this because of the extensive  amount of the preparation & man hours  

that is invested in getting your reservation ready.   We also turn other away  for the jumper that has been reserved for your event. 

What is your refund policy when all rental equipment has been set up ?   

 Once all the rental equipment has already been set up refunds are not given.

What if it rains do you give a refund ? 

 For your safety we do not set up in adverse weather conditions such as rain and /or high winds. 
We ask you to please wait until the morning of the event date before you decide. If you decide to cancel because of the harsh weather conditions you will receive a full refund as long as you wait to cancel till the day before your event date. 
We advise you to check your local weather forecast.

Who will set up my bouncer or other rental equipment ? 

Our courteous & well-trained Set up Techs will deliver & set up each jumper and  show you how to operate concessions if applicable.

They will work with you to assure that your jumper is placed in the safest and most practical spot.

How long does set up take ?  

Set up normally takes about 15-20 minutes for just a bouncer, but if you reserve more than that we may need a bit more time. 

Does All 4 Fun Jumpers deliver on Holidays ?  

We plan on delivering 365 day a year, but the weather or other reason may prevent us from doing so.

 Holiday deliveries may result in a "Holiday Fee.  Please call our office at (951)600-8011 to discuss the details.

Are Bouncers Safe? 

Yes as long as you provide ADULT SUPERVISION at all times. As proud parents ourselves we understand how important children's safety is. That is why we take every measure to ensure our inflatable play structures are as sturdy as possible. We start by only offering products made in the U.S.A. This ensures that all of our Fun Jumps must meet all fire & safety codes.  All of our, bouncers/bounce houses consist of fire retardent vinyl that is lead free. Our bounce houses have netting on all four sides to allow for greater visibility and air circulation. 

Is Electricity Required ? 

Yes. Our inflatable play structures plug into a standard 110V household outlet. We will supply the cord, and we ask that nothing else be plugged into the outlet we are utilizing. Setup of the jump should be no more than 50ft from that outlet. If your party or event is at a park or other place without power we will provide a generator for an additional $60.00.
