HOW TO PREPARE FOR A PARK DELIVERY & PICKUP
👀 Adult Supervision is required at all times for a fun and safe experience!
- 📞 Communication: TURN YOUR PHONE RINGER ON. Listen out for your phone; our team might try to reach you with questions about directions.
- ⏰ Arrive On Time: Please be at the park and the designated jumper setup location at the agreed-upon time. Your punctuality is essential to ensure the smooth operation of your event and maintain our schedule. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us provide the best service possible.Furthermore, please ensure that someone from your party stays with the jumper until our team arrives to pick it up, even if you decide to end the party earlier than planned. Your presence will help us ensure the safe and secure handling of our equipment. You are liable for all that is left for your use

👩🦳 Supervision: Adult supervision is required at all times when children are using the jumper. Please ensure that a responsible adult is present to oversee the safe use of the equipment.

🐾 Pets: Ensure that pets are safely put away from our delivery technicians during setup and pickup, and also away from the jumper.
🎪 Jumper Usage: We recommend that only individuals from your party use the jumper. To avoid overcrowding and ensure the safety of all participants, please discourage random park guests from using the jumper during your event.

🔌Generator Usage: If you have rented a generator from us, please ensure only our equipment is connected to it. Do not connect other devices such as cell phones, music, or appliances. You must leave the generator the way we left it when we installed it at your event. This helps maintain a stable power supply for your event.
- 💡Customer Provided Generators: We do not guarantee the performance of customer-owned generators or from another rental companies and cannot ensure their compatibility with our blowers. As we are not familiar with how these units are maintained or serviced, we are unable to troubleshoot any issues with these generators. Therefore, customers are fully responsible for the functionality and compatibility of customer provided generators. We only take responsibility for the performance of generators provided by us.
- 🎈Jumper Inspection: Please leave the jumper inflated for pickup so our team can inspect it before taking it down.
- 🎲 Gathering Equipment: Gather any loose equipment, such as tables, chairs, lawn games, or other individual items, to make it easier for our team to locate and manage.
