📞 Communication: Turn Your Phone Ringer On. Listen out for your phone; our team might try to reach you with questions about directions.

💦 Sprinklers: Turn off sprinklers at least one day before the scheduled delivery.

🐾 Pets: Ensure that pets are safely put away from our delivery technicians during setup and pickup, and also away from the jumper.

🛑 PICK UP DOG WASTE BEFORE WE ARRIVE: WE CAN'T set up on a yard with waste or unpleasant odors 🤢. We won't wait for you to clean it as we have other customers relying on our timely service ⏰. Your cooperation is crucial. Thank you! 😊

🛤️ Clear Path: Please ensure there is a clear path to the setup location, which may involve clearing the side yard, moving trash cans, cars, play equipment, and other items in the the way. We do not go through homes or doorways and require an outdoor route.

👩🦳 Adult Presence: An adult must be present to guide our delivery technicians during setup and pickup.

🧹Preparation: Clean up and prepare the setup location before our arrival to ensure a smooth process.

🌊 Water Slide Setup: Please provide 1 water hose long enough to reach the slide. Provide 2 if your slide needs two.

💧 Hose Pressure: Please turn on with low pressure. High pressure may cause the water component to disconnect or slide down and out of place.

🚫 Water Hose Requirements: Please note that WE DO NOT allow expandable water hoses. Water hoses need to be threaded at the end, as hoses with the threading cut will not work.

🛁 Slip N Slide Rentals: Don't forget the tearless shampoo to help make your slide slippery. We recommend Johnson's & Johnson's tearless shampoo.

💦 Water Units: With water slides, slip n' slides, or other water units, expect water everywhere, including underneath and inside. Also expect excess water all round and in your yard, even possibly reaching your sit down areas. You can control the water flow and decide how much water to use. The unit is in your possession, so you can turn the water on or off as needed. PLEASE NOTE: The inflatable has seams for air to pass through, preventing it from popping. If your unit is for wet use, it is normal to see bubbles or pools of water at the corners or seams.

⚡Electricity for Jumpers: The power source must be within 50 feet of the inflatable. If further, please provide your own extension cord. We are not responsible for electrical issues such as weak power, circuit breakers tripping, or power outages. Consult an electrician if you experience any issues. A standard jumper requires one blower and one 110v outlet. If more blowers are needed because your inflatable requires it, ensure sufficient power with separate outlets/circuits on different walls. PLEASE NOTE: We cannot guarantee your home's electricity performance. It is your responsibility to troubleshoot any electrical issues during setup and during your event. We set up the inflatable in working condition but cannot predict power problems after setup. For further questions, consult an electrician

🍿Other Equipment Needing Electricity: If you have reserved concessions such as a popcorn or cotton candy machine, or other equipment requiring electricity (excluding jumpers), each item must be directly plugged into its own electrical circuit. We highly recommend avoiding extension cords, as they may weaken or short the power. For further advice, please consult an electrician, as we are not familiar with your electrical system.

🔌 Generator Usage: If you have rented a generator from us, please ensure only our equipment is connected to it. Do not connect other devices such as cell phones, music, or appliances. This helps maintain a stable power supply for your event.

🚫 Customer Provided Generators: We DO NOT guarantee the performance of customer-owned generators or from another rental companies and cannot ensure their compatibility with our blowers. As we are not familiar with how these units are maintained or serviced, we are unable to troubleshoot any issues with these generators. Therefore, customers are fully responsible for the functionality and compatibility of customer provided generators. We only take responsibility for the performance of generators provided by us.

🎈Jumper Inspection: Please drain the pool area by having the kids step on the edge of pool & leave the jumper inflated for pickup so our team can inspect it before taking it down.

🎲 Gathering Equipment: Gather any loose equipment, such as tables, chairs, lawn games, or other individual items, to make it easier for our team to locate and manage.
