PREPARING FOR A PARK DELIVERY & PICKUP using your own generator

- 📞 Communication: TURN YOUR PHONE RINGER ON. Listen out for your phone; our team might try to reach you with questions about directions.
- ⏰ Arrive On Time: Please be at the park and the designated jumper setup location at the agreed-upon time. Your punctuality is essential to ensure the smooth operation of your event and maintain our schedule. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us provide the best service possible. Furthermore, please ensure that someone from your party stays with the jumper until our team arrives to pick it up, even if you decide to end the party earlier than planned. Your presence will help us ensure the safe and secure handling of our equipment. You are liable for all that is left for your use.
- 👩🦳 Adult Supervision: Please ensure that a responsible adult is present to oversee the setup, pickup, and the safe use of the equipment.
- ⏰ Generator Requirements: Please ensure the generator is at the park upon our arrival; without it, we may need to leave to maintain our schedule. We have other customers waiting as well and their event is just as important as yours. Our jumpers require electricity for setup, and we cannot proceed without it. We will return if necessary at the end of our route.
- 💡 Customer Provided Generators: We do not guarantee the performance or compatibility of customer-provided generators or those from other rental companies. As we are unfamiliar with their maintenance and service history, we cannot troubleshoot issues with these units. Customers are fully responsible for the functionality and compatibility of customer-provided generators. Our responsibility extends only to the performance of our own provided generators.
- 🐾 Pets: Ensure that pets are safely put away from our delivery technicians during setup and pickup, and also away from the jumper.
- 🎪 Jumper Usage: We recommend that only individuals from your party use the jumper. To avoid overcrowding and ensure the safety of all participants, please discourage random park guests from using the jumper during your event.
- 🎈Jumper Inspection: Please leave the jumper inflated for pickup so our team can inspect it before taking it down.
- 🎲 Gathering Equipment: Gather any loose equipment, such as tables, chairs, lawn games, or other individual items, to make it easier for our team to locate and manage.
