📅 Standard Cancellations (Non-Weather Related)

We kindly ask for at least 10 days’ notice to avoid a 25% cancellation fee. Cancellations made with less notice will automatically incur this fee.

🌧️ Weather-Related (Rain) Cancellations

Rain often clears early in the morning, late at night, or may be a light drizzle that does not affect events. For this reason, we follow the Rainout Policy below:

Customers must remain on standby. If they wait until the day before their event to cancel (no later than 11:00 AM), the Rainy Weather Policy will apply and they will qualify for a full refund if rain is forecasted in both our area and theirs.

Please note: Early cancellations do not qualify for a refund, even if rain is later forecasted.

❗ Why Staying on Standby Is Important

Remaining on standby:

• Keeps your reservation, equipment, and delivery time secured

• Allows flexibility if the weather improves or is only a light drizzle

• Ensures eligibility for a full refund if rain is expected

Canceling too early may result in your rental items or delivery spot no longer being available if you decide to proceed.

🚚 Same-Day Cancellations

If we are already en route to your location, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.

By this point, significant work has already been completed, including equipment preparation, loading, travel, and staff scheduling specifically for your event.

💸 Refunds After Setup

Unfortunately, no refunds can be issued once setup has been completed, even if it begins to rain afterward. This policy ensures fair treatment of our team and company resources.
